I workout with weights 3 days a week. Ive been using Gripads for 2 months now and they work great. My hands don't sweat with Gripads and they increase my grip on the weights.

I needed some protection on my hands because I was getting calluses in the middle of my fingers from doing pull ups and using the pull up bar to do reverse crunches. I decided to give these a shot to help provide some cushioning to my grip to prevent calluses. I have been using these Gripad Workout Grips for about a month and they are great. I use them when working out every day and they have not shown any wear at all. They are still in perfect condition. They are very comfortable, you just slip a few fingers through the finder holds and grip away. They have prevented my calluses from getting any worse and have solved the problem I was having completely. Im sure they will last me a while but whenever they do wear down I will be coming back for more.
