Worked out with my gripads for the first time yesterday morning and what can I say they were great!
Dumbell bench has never felt better very comfortable! Will definitely be a long time user.
A solid product and love them.
I received my gripads in what seemed like no time at all which was key to my happiness. Since seeing them in m&f supplement guide and ordering THAT night I could not wait to use them and destroy the weights.

Simple, effective, cheap and is exactly what stated on the description no smell... I definitely will buy again when time comes( it's only 10 bucks!)

The Gripads work really well for me. I tried gloves, and wrist straps - but these work the best.
I am a female and starting to lift more weight. When I did pull downs or rows, my fingers were hurting - just above the knuckle area they were turning white and starting to build calluses. These fix that problem perfectly. It increased my weight on both of these machines by 20 pounds already.

I LOVE them!
I do cross-fit and these grips work out perfect there, I don't have to fiddle with the Velcro and look for the fingers holes.

Since I use the gripad it is so different on my hands! - I use dumbbells more comfortably!!

I just got back from the gym and wanted you to know how pleased I am with the Gripad. They are very cushiony and allowed me to increase my weights simply because it allowed me more stability in the grip. thanks so much. - I will order more.
