I just ordered my second pair of GriPads. I have worn out my first pair. I use mine primarily with kettlebells, they are great for preventing blisters and calluses from doing lots of two-handed kettlebell swings!
Thanks for a great product!

I was happy to find this product and at the affordable price.
It provides great coverage right where the skin pinches between the palm and the fingers, especially when working back muscle exercises like pull downs and bent over rows. Nearly any dumbbell exercise is easier on the hands. Being easy to get on and off is great too for when you want the real contact.
Biggest benefit is the fact your hand still breathes. You will not have sweaty, wet gloves and that avoids the smells in the gym bag.

Just used these for the first time. I'm used to using a pad (no finger holes) for certain exercises. It helps with the "mind muscle link". Anyway, these gloves bridge the gap between gloves and pads. I could use these for any upper-body exercise. Admittedly, I haven't done any bench-pressing with them, but I think they'll work fine. I definitely recommend them!

ive only been training with weights for about 6 months (im 27) and got these about 2 months ago. they have helped me improve my form with every exercise. in addition, my calluses are gone.
the grip pads are especially helpful with shoulder and chest presses. you can really squeeze tight and it really enables you to focus on using good form. there is a nice soft cushion. its not like the other pads that are just a thin piece of sticky material. these have a small amount of cushion that you can really squeeze onto.
personally, i wear the right on my left and the left on my right, putting my pinky, ring and middle fingers through the holes. my fingers are long and skinny and my palm is pretty wide so this is the grip that i like best.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

After years of going through full lifting gloves some with wrist wraps and others as minimal as I could find I happened upon these amazing gloves in a little store attached to the Powerhouse Gym I work out at.
The store is gone but I fell in love with these simple and VERY useful gloves. The padding is very nice and it covers the entire palm so you have a great grip. WOOT Very happy! I love these grips!

I've never liked weight lifting gloves. I have large hands with long fingers and rarely find a pair that fit comfortably. Been using these for over a month now. I love them.
Calluses have mostly gone away. The slip off an on with ease and breathe well. I have recommended them to several others that were not fond of common weigh lifting gloves.
It did take a a week or so to adjust to a different grip, everything feels a little awkward at first.
Thanks for a great product!
Best,
