Excellent product and works very well with all my pullups and weight workouts. Delivered on time and I actually purchased two sets, one for a gift for a workout partner.

Tried my Gripads last night for the first time and threw another plate on each side. Was much easier to hang onto the bar. Next week ill try 4 plates and see how they feel!

The grip pads are definitely worth it. It shapes ur hands and easy to slip on and off helps prevent from having rough hands and calise and as a personal trainer they are better than regular leather work out gloves because it doesnt take away from strengthening your hand grip.

These grips work very well. After a few uses it has molded to my hand. The calluses from the weights are starting to disappear and soon my wife wont complain i have tough hands. The best feature of all is that the grips are open, not like gloves, so you have an airy loose feel to it all.

They cover the proximal interphalangeal joint area (the joints closest to the knuckles) to reduce calluses associated with heavy pulling exercises like weighted lat pulls, or deadlifts. This is the area most weight lifting gloves do not cover. They're quicker to put on and take off than gloves and the rubberized grip does not slip. The Pad does cover palm area when your hand is wrapped around a bar. I rarely use gloves for those anyway so being able to take them off quickly and put them back on between supersets of pushes and pulls is convenient.
